Awhile ago I read a page or a PDF on someone's wonderful blog that listed out a number "whole-grain" options as mixes to make in one's home and instructions for use and as substitutions. The page wonderful! It also listed out the popular rice, potato, tapioca etc.

Anyhow, if anyone knows the page or site I am referring to, please send it my way. It was SO helpful and far more nutritious as far as mix options , and I can not seem to locate it.

Thanks and I will share this once I locate it.
