You are quite right and I would like to ask where a person gets a
gluten testing kit. I have seen many people in the group talking about
them and I've never heard of them. I just rely on the information from
the Celiac association and reading this new group and checking labels.
Are these kits available in Canada and if so where would a person get
one. Also what is the cost?

Any info on this would be appreciated.
