For over 25 years, I only had to worry about gluten in food. But for the past three years [2007 to now], I seem to react to commercial laundry soap [intense itching on both back shoulders], to prednisone/other drugs [itching, extra throat mucus]. I tend to be carefully about the food; now almost 59, it's harder for me to remember to ask about "all" ingredients of almost everything that goes in my mouth.
Yesterday, I had a temporary crown put on a molar with some kind of adhesive. During most of today, I'd get extra mucus at the base of my throat; I spit it out, and 2 seconds later there's more. I did call the dentist office after I got home at 2 pm this afternoon; asking them to check the ingredient list. I'll call them back to see if they checked.
Could any of you help? I'll check some web sites.
I was on this list from 2002 to 2007. At that time I chose 'no mail' due to increasing health issues, etc.
Thanks, Deb in Spokane, WA, USA
