For all of my life I knew that I could not eat any MSG or Wheat Bran or I would get very sick. However for all of my other digestion problems and colon problems I was told that I had an irritable colon. Now, about four months ago I found out that I have Celiac Pro and am getting very sick if I eat anything connected with wheat or gluten - also eggs and dairy products although I seem to be able to tolerate skim milk and some whole cheeses like some Amish cheese. Can anyone tell me what I can eat for breakfast - even gluten free cereals I have tried make me sick.
