Had a very interesting chat with my chiropractor/nutritionist. She said that new info indicates that celiacs get a type of arthritis...it doesn't develop the way the "reg" arthritis does. BUT it does respond to ingestion of PROBIOTICS COMPLEX AND OMEGA 3 IN THE FORM OF FLAXSEED . Omega 6 makes the arthritis worse.
The usual dosage is one probioiitcs with each meal and 2 tablespoons of ground flax seed per day. You can put flax seed in yogurt, drinks soups or cereals
