Instead of repartitioning and using a dual boot, what about using a Virtual
Machine?  There are several programs which allow this.  You are not limited
to just WinXP, but you can create multiple VMs using Linux, Windows, Sun,
etc.  I've tried a few of the free programs and they all seem to work fine
but each has its different drawbacks.  Just google it.
