I have a neighbor who is totally paralyzed as a result of MS. She uses some
sort of pipe to blow into which will then turn lights on and off, or perform
similar actions.

Does anyone know about ways this person could access material from NLS or
Bookshare?  Is there anything that will operate the Stream, for example,
using the kind of device I described earlier in this e-mail?
