Oh, yes, the electric brailler. I think Perkins makes it. I used one years 
ago, and it requires very little force.

If Perkins still makes it or if the new Perkins is electric, it may be just 
the thing for someone with arthritis. the old electric is noticeably louder 
than the standard model, but aside from that, they're the same.
