The free version of Switch Sound File Converter will do this for you, and
it's completely accessible. You can find out more and download it from
http://www.nch.com.au/switch/faq.html#ABA.

Subject: [VICUG-L] Free and accessible Wav to MP 3 decoder

Greetings:

Any ideas where I can download an accessible program that converts wav files
to MP 3s? If the software was free, that would be great - but if not, cheap
is fine.

Many thanks, Peter
