It is my understanding that the pricing for this device from HW will be

I have seen numerous announcements of this new device.  What I have not 
seen, to my recollection, is its pricing.
Can any one fill in this gap?
Also, what would be the advantage of this over, let's say, a conventional 
netbook style pc?
