The problem has been solved, thanks to those who wrote. FYI: here is how
just in case you have the same issue.
1. Go to my computer within Windows Explorer.
2. Hit your applications key and go to manage.
3. Go to disk manager, or something close to it. It is just below storage.
4. Look for the size of your drive. If you see it, you will need to
right-click it and change the drive letter. Most likely, this drive is
hiding itself within one of your other drives, or it is just not showing up.
Change this drive letter by right-clicking the drive and go to change drive
letter, and change it to one you do not have occupied.
That should get you up and running.
