Well on the JFW 10 What's New web site at http://www.freedomscientific.com/downloads/jaws/JAWS-whats-new.asp, it says JAWS 10 supports 32-bit versions of Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2008 Server, and Windows 2003 Server operating systems.
