Was that just text that appeared on the page or was it a dialog box with
that message in it? If it's just text on the page then I'm guessing
that's just some alt text associated with an invisible image. A sighted
person running a browser like IE won't see anything, but anyone running
a text browser or a browser that displays the alt text would see that
message. If this is the case, I'd just ignore it. If it's actually a
dialog box, and it's keeping you from access the rest of the page, then
I'd suggest going into the advanced options on IE (assuming you're
running IE) and changing the show images settings to on.
