I understand that NFBTrans includes a back translator, but I have never
tried it. Check out the following links:

Hope this helps,

Subject: [VICUG-L] Translating Braille to Text
Hello All:
I have a friend that has an older Braille Note which she cannot afford
to upgrade. She is a JAWS user. She's got close to 100 books in
Braille format (.brf) which she would like to get back translated to
text files so she can listen to them.
I know Duxbury will do this, but it costs around $600 I think. Does
anyone know of other programs that one can get to back translate these
files?
Thanks,
