It's not a food, but the Eades' recommend something like Morton's Salt
Substitute for potassium supplementation, which is potassium chloride as
opposed to sodium chloride. I re-read the page or so on potassium in their
book, and your symptoms are exactly what they describe as occurring with low
potassium.

I love the coconut water idea, and looks like spinach is a good source.
I've got to look at this for myself, I have been experiencing some mild
muscle cramping when exercising, something I have never had before.

Subject: Low Potassium

So I was hospitalized for low potassium - 2.9. I felt horrible. Lots of
muscle cramping, heart palpitations, etc. I still feel kind of crappy -
really tired, weak and nauseous. My question: how can I stay paleo while
trying to incorporate potassium rich foods? Of course some top potassium
rich foods are potato and tomatoes, bananas... Any ideas??
Trish
