Well, make sure the key is down.  Hold the button for maybe a second.  I was 
just able to touch the button, but that was in to a dummy load.  Left is 
output power, middle is reflected power, right is SWR.  Hold a button in 
until you hear a series of beaps, and now you have a pitch oscellator.
