I do not have a service manual for the 71.  If you need the instruction 
manual, I'd be happy to send that, I can send you my entire folder, but I 
don't have a service manual.  If I did, it would be in pdf and I can tell 
you from experience service manuals changed to text are virtually 
worthles.  Let me know what you need or I can send you the entire folder.

There are a couple audio files (the extensions aren't shown, the manual is 
in txt as well as html which is very nice.  Also included is a list of 
menu settings and the ones I change on my radios.

Let me know what you want or if the whole folder will do.
