Hi all,
I have used the WX alert feature in the T90A. A little word of caution. I
found it to be interruptive because it constantly is in sort of a search
mode. Receiving transmissions I found to be constantly interrupted by this
feature, so I finally disabled it and am using another WX radio for this
purpose.
Good luck, hope it works for you.

Here is the information on the IC-T90A menu for WX alert:
Go into the menu list with a long press of the "8" key;
Go to menu 19 Weather Alert (WX ALT);
The default is "off"
