Hi Brandon:

	You can get accessible transceivers from Ham Radio Outlet, which can
be accessed online at http://www.hamradio.com.  This is where I got my
Kenwood Tm-G707 back in 2005 and they also carry the speech chips that make
the radio accessible.  What kind of equipment are you looking for?  I might
be able to give you some advice on what to get.  I hope that helps.
