Maybe the closest thing are the  North American QSO Parties.  Three in the 
winter: SSB, CW, and RTTY, and  same thing in the summer, for a total of 6 
separate contests.   While all the DXCC entities in North America are 
included, the  largest chunk of mults are the 50 states.

Anyway, maybe you can start one for W.A.S.,  in light of this weekend's BW 
contest.  How would you like to tune the bands and hear hundreds of stations 
calling "CQ PS"?
