Godwin,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The Ivorian association has contacted the concerned student and will see what we can do to assist him. The association will also welcome any form of assistance that could benefit that student.

This message was sent to me by a fellow member of the 100 Blackmen of Madison. Is there someone from the AAM or Ivorian Association in Madison who can help?

Subject: Student needing our HELP

Godwin,

We have a young African student in his early 20's from the Ivory Coast that has run into some very hard times.
He currently does not have a stable living arrangement, needs a good job, and has lost his
sponsor to be here as a student. He is a good student, who has recently lost family and does
not have a lot of options and no resources. We are worried about him and want to help him get into
a good living situation.

We need IMMEDIATE help from the African Association and Community in Madison to:
    find housing
    Help with educational expenses
    find him a job
   provide support

Please put the word out to the community and if anybody can help, call me at 246-6515.

Thank you.
