What a beautiful mind this brother is! He so humbly goes back to his roots to recognize the gifts he has been given to become a citizen of the world. Who said African men don't cook? Hello!

Can we invite him here to have a conversation with him about his "poetic food journey"? And I wouldn't mind cooking with him. Like his wife says, I can learn from him.
