Thanks for the advice.  Saving the powerpoint presentation on my hard
drive and emailing it to her as an attachment gave her the access she
needed.  You guys are the best!

If the presentation is launched in an external player, then she has a
good change of controlling the presentation. If it is embedded in a
webpage, she may be in trouble.

It would help to nkow

1. What kink of media is it? QuickTime, WindowsMedia??

2. Can she get the presentation on HER computer. I mean downloading
the presentation onto her hard drive?
