Sounds a little far fetched. On the other hand, I certainly have picked off
a lot ot ticks before they had time to imbed and one or two after they'd been
there a week or two. Wood ticks don't cause pain they just crawl up to your
head where they can hide n your hair and just feel like a lump on your head.
They eventually fall off by themselves if you don't catch them. Deer ticks
that cause lyme's disease are smaller, the size of a sesame seed and probably
much less noticeable.
It is an interesting theory.
