Hi everyone
I have a couple questions for the list. Benefiber is being tested by Gluten Free Watchdog for residual gluten. Is anyone aware of any other wheat dextrin based fiber supplements? If so could you please let me know.
Also I have been asked about the issue of wheat paste and oak barrels. Does anyone have any leads on specific wineries that use this type of barrel? To help resolve the issue of whether wine manufactured using this type of oak barrel contains residual gluten I am willing to test a couple bottles.
