Hello List Mates,
An article this morning in the Grand Fork Herald was like music to my eyes! It's great to see another school districts stepping up to address their gluten-free students.
In North Dakota, Grand Forks schools offers gluten-free lunch options.
The article says that public schools in Grand Forks, N.D., regularly offer students with celiac disease gluten-free choices for lunch, such as corn, rice, potatoes and beans, according to the Grand Forks Herald. Schools are joining restaurants and manufacturers in providing more options for people with celiac disease. Grand Forks Herald (N.D.) (3/26)
