I think it is out of production now, but I have a Zircon Video Level, which 
has an audio feature that puts out a steady tone when either level or plumb. 
Got mine from Independent Living Aids in NY several years ago, but don't see 
it on their site now.    Maybe a Google search will kick one up.

There is another from Cobalt in the UK, which you  should be able to find in 
a few places including:

The Zircon was a good bit cheaper, but may be hard to find.
