I've been involved in doing some work in the international
disability areana and one of my colleagues needs a screen reader
that doesn't cost any money, like an open source type of screen
reader program. Is anyone aware of free or extremely low cost
screen reading solutions other than JAW's? These will be for
pretty poor countries so the software needs to be pretty
inexpensive if not free. Any leads you can provide is greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help.
Ken
