Hi George:
For some reason, Freedom Scientific decided to discontinue serial port support for braille displays in version 11. If your display is hooked up using a serial port, you won't be able to get it to work in V 11. You're going to need a paralell port. If byour PC doesn't have a free parallell port you can pick up an I/O card for around $50.
