I hate leaving my computer on just to maintain my phone line.

Subject: Re: [VICUG-L] Anyone using Magic Jack?

Hello,

I am using Magic Jack. It is less expensive than any of the other
options which I know about.

Accessibility is not the best, but it is a usable product using JFW and
Windows Vista Office.

I did have problems while first setting it up. As I purchased the
additional 5 year plan, I received an email with a link to live chat.
The chat client was completely accessible and the person was very helpful.

I have just discovered a problem when trying to use it with my mic
headset rather than a land line so will probably go back to the live
tech support chat again.

Take care,

David Chittenden, MS, CRC
