It's a .pdf but jaws reads it no problem on my pc. Or cut and paste the
above link into a google search box and one of the results you get will let
you view the page as html which you can easily save as a text file.
You will need 12 vdc for this. I have both the TW-1 and TW-2 and both came
with a dc cord with plug at one end and bare wires at the other. Others on
this list got one meter or the other that was shipped with a wall wart.
Not sure what you are going to get. Current draw is very low, something
like 200 ma.max.
