They don't care if anybody listens to it all, the programming is fairly 
cheap to produce, since the costs are mostly encured by the game already. 
People listen for fifteen minnit chunks or more, the advertizing sells, and 
capitalism works.  The stations do it, for one and one reason only, that is 
to make money, which is after all the only reason the owners of the stations 
operate them at all.
