Tnx to all for replies and comments. For what it's worth, I've decided not
to pull the trigger on the 480. I would like a new rig in the shack by
summer's end, so I'm in no big rush. If I'm going to spend the money and
invest time and effort in getting used to a new radio, I'd like it to give
me some real improvement in some areas. The K3 interests me, but lot's of
money for a rig that isn't as accessible as I need. I'll sit tight and
see if anything pops up at Dayton or thereafter.
