For one thing, the Bill Sparks site will only bring up links of radio stations that stream whereas Radio-locator will locate all radio stations in a given area whether they stream or not provided they have a website.

  I'll try the Bill Sparks site myself, and see how it compares with 
  radio-locator.com, in relation to my needs.
