I'm trying to move away from using bread and pasta with high glycemic index
ingredients like rice and tapioca flour. Does anyone know of good pre-made
breads or pastas that use mostly lower glycemic index flours like teff,
quinoa, chia, and beans?
I'd also like to try to make my own - I know regular bread might be tougher,
but does anyone have recipes for fresh pasta or flatbreads that would fit
the bill?
