Has anyone attempted the Sopapilla recipe from Carol Fenster's "1001 GF Recipes" cookbook? I was going to try making some (my son loved these in his pre-Celiac days) but noticed that her recipe doesn't contain baking powder or baking soda like most of the wheat variety recipes call for, so I wondered if I needed to add some baking powder or something to get them to puff up or not. Anyone tried sopapillas yet?
