I've had low ferritin levels for some time and am taking ferrous sulfate to
raise them. I'm at low normal now, but have a question. For those people who
are gluten intolerant/celiac and have low ferritin levels, how long does it
take to get to normal levels? Once you're there, do you have to keep taking
iron supplements?

I'll summarize, and thanks.
