Hi all,

First, I wanted to share a delicious, healthy recipe for muffins. The basic
recipe is for almond muffins and I've adapted it to include other healthy
and tasty ingredients. These muffins are gluten free, of course, and also
naturally dairy free and refined sugar free. Here's the link to the recipe:

Next, if you are in the greater Fredericksburg, VA, area, the King George
Gluten Intolerance & Celiac Group invites you to join us for our next
meeting. This meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 23, at 6:00 pm.
After our group meal, there will be a two-part presentation. I will speak on
my participation at the POM Wonderful Blogger Harvest Festival and what I
learned there. Janel Ovrut, registered dietitian, who also participated in
the POM festival, will speak on the role of antioxidants (and more) in one's
diet. You can read more here:

Hope you can join us! Until then, bake and enjoy the muffins. :-)

Best,
Shirley Braden
