I am going to visit Australia for a week I was wondering what are your travel tips when flying for almost a day to a place where no food is certain. What should I do to prepare? And what is good to bring?
I have only traveled by car since being diagnosed. I also don't know the law as far as food packaging regulations over there. I want to enjoy my trip. :)
I am on a gluten free/ and yeast free diet.
