Hi All~~
I'm currently using Betty Hagman's featherlight GF flour mix for my bread. I
think it might be too heavy for cookies, especially rather light, soft and
airy cookies. Is there a different mix anyone can suggest that I use for my
cookies? (I'm planning to make Carrot Cookies with Orange Icing and Mexican
Wedding Cakes).
Thanks for any help anyone can offer...I'll summarize.
