South Seattle Gluten-Free Group Meeting covering Celiac, Gluten
Intolerance, Vitamins etc.

SPEAKER: Our own Gwen Welch, Dietitian, Discussing vitamins and providing a
handout on issues with nutrient deficiencies in Celiacs, what to look for
and how to optimize supplementation.
GUEST: Claudia Helm (Arbonne) will bring information on gluten-free
vitamins and supplements, as well as skin care and cosmetic products. The
majority of Arbonne's products are gluten-free.
PLUS: An Overview of 2010 GIG National Education Conference held in
Minneapolis.
For those who live in Metro-South Seattle, take advantage, join the home
team. Anyone with gluten sensitivity looking for help may come to Valley
Medical Center. FREE!
Your support group is valuable, motivational, informative and fun. Please
make an effort to join us just once-a-month. (Same time - same place - good
habit.) We care about newly diagnosed people who are training for
gluten-free food management. Do not stay "overwhelmed."
Regard our gluten-free way of life as a positive lifestyle, not a
restricted diet. View it as an opportunity to explore new foods and flavors.
