I thought the list might find this interesting... there is a growing
movement of people that follow a paleo (or hunter-gatherer or 'caveman')
diet, which happens to be naturally GF - they eat mostly meat and some
fruits and vegetables and avoid anything that early man wouldn't have had
(eg, grains).

Our GF diets are a small step in that direction, so I thought this was
