even the ts2000 internal tuner, will occasionally tune with an antenna SWR
far greater than 3 to 1. I've seen it tune stuff up to about an 8 to one
match...not consistently mind you, but it will do it given the right
parameters.
of course, at that point, as we all know, there's no point in tuning the
antenna anyway because your not getting much RF into the air.
