Hi Tom,

If you have a generator and an antenna on your motor home, you can 
operate as a regular Field Day station.  I'm pretty sure a mobile rig 
counts as a Field Day station as it is running off of power not taken 
from the power grid and you are not using a fixed antenna.  The /0 is 
not necessary in any case.
