I'll give you one example where it is certainly going to cost my wife and 
I more.  Where she works, she has a very good insurance plan.  Since 
they're not a union, we'll have to pay a tax on the value of that medical 
insurance which will be well over 2 thousand, and we sure as heck can't 
afford that.
