You may be right about that, John.  I tried it for the free diagnosis, but
it kept running, so I had to uninstall it to stop it from doing that.  It
won't fix any problems it finds unless you subscribe to it, and I couldn't
find any subscription information.  So it may not be very accessible for us
anyway.
