    Well, Steve, at least I know I can get into New York State from here, 
since I worked a few stations both on CW and SSB for the New York QSO Party. 
I guess that's not too shabby for 80 meters from all the way out here in 
Colorado?

Band was quite noisy too, which didn't help.

I started call you on  freq a few minutes after the half hour.   After a bit
I heard you calling cq but you were down deep in the noise.  Tried calling
you but guess you didn't hear me.
