    7182 would work, since, I think Generals can now go down to 7175.  Is 
that correct?

At least in my area, 7190 is pretty much always busy.  Its the HHH net
frequency, there's some digital mode group that uses it, and it seems to be
pretty popular.  Might think about somewhere around 7182 or so.
