    I'm cool with 7.190, since, as I understand, it's still within the 
General class portion of the band.  I just don't want to exclude anyone if 
at all possible.

Excellent point, Steve.  I'm thinking 7.190 or thereabouts might be worth
trying.  I heard the majority of stations but with weak sigs and lots of
