Steve,

I forget which is for full and which is for partial, but here is what you 
do:

Power off

Press and hold either the a/b or a=b key.

While holding in the key turn the power on, then release the key.

At this point the display will  show a message asking if you want to reset. 
To complete the reset, press the key again.  If you do nothing within a few 
seconds, the reset will abort.

Again, it's been a while and I don't remember offhand   which of the keys 
does the full and partial resets.

If you have a lot of memories stored or menu settings changed  from default, 
you may want to back up with MCP-2000 or  other program so you can restore 
later.
